Jim Wehrer- Since August 2013 Jim has been serving as lead pastor at the Church of Grace and Peace in Toms River, NJ.  He served a year before that as Associate Pastor and 16 years before that as a youth pastor.  It was in my many years as a youth pastor that he discovered the importance of leadership in developing a dynamic ministry that impacted people’s lives. Everything rises and falls on leadership and you learn that leadership is more than a title when you attempt to lead people that don’t have to follow you! It was in this environment that he became a student of leadership and learned the principles that helped me serve and lead students and families and help them grow into their destiny and potential…John Maxwell had been a mentor in my life through his books and resources for over 15 years when he formed the John Maxwell Team – a certification program for becoming a Maxwell coach, speaker, and trainer.  Jim got on board with the team in its beginnings and was able to join as a founding partner.  Over the last couple of years he is very privilege to train and coach individuals, business owners, and church leaders in leadership skills and to help them grow in performance and success.
