David started as the founder of one funeral home in Old Bridge New Jersey. Years later brought David opportunity to spread his work to grow to other locations. This segment of Tandem Radio helps other business owners who are trying to make the next step to expand and manage other branches. Also, this show shares a subject that some people tend to ignore but shouldn’t keep in the dark anymore. Which is having the talk with your family to plan what should happen in case of death. He helps you ease into having this tough conversation and explains how it doesn’t have to be negative but will actually help in the future. You don’t want to make anyone’s life harder to plan a funeral when also having to coupe with mourning a loved one so this simple plan of arrangements can help that process tremendously.

 

 

 

David Lee Hernandez Jr-  The founder and principal of Jersey Memorial Group, a family owned and operated funeral home company operating, Waitt Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Morganville, Old Bridge Funeral Home, Old bridge Township, Oceanside Memorial Home, Lake Como and Inglesby & Sons, Pennsauken.

After graduating from Calvary Christian Academy, Philadelphia, he attended Mercer CCC receiving his degree in mortuary science and later studied at St John’s University for legal studies. David and his acclaimed staff are recognized as One of New Jersey’s fastest growing and progressively operated funeral firms. His achievements include many local awards and recognitions including the National Funeral Director Association, Pursuit if Excellence bestowed to the top 2% of firms nationally.

 

David and his staff operate with the pastoral core of the Care of People. Assisting families in their most difficult times through a many programs and services offered by his firms.

 

He is married to Stacey Hernandez, RT, and together they have their children Sophia Gabrielle and David Lee III. He currently attends Calvary Chapel Old Bridge and is involved in a number of local ministry out reaches.
