 Rod Silva- Rod opened the first Muscle Maker Grille in 1995, to offer people the nutritious alternative to fast food.

In Response to customer’s requests, he decided to turn Muscle Maker Grill into a franchise in 2007. In four years, the franchise has grown to 44 locations in four state, with more than 1oo restaurants under development.

Currently, Muscle Maker Grill has expanded to New York, Connecticut, Pennsylavania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, California, and Texas, with international locations on the horizon.
