Pastor George Russ –  Pastor George Russ has been a pastor for 33 years. He is a pastor, author, husband, and father doing everything that he loves. Pastor George is currently the executive director for the Metropolitan New York Baptist Association. Along with being a pastor, Pastor George has written several books. These books include Christ for the City: Designing a Strategy of Evangelism for Your Church and Discover Your Growth Possibilities.

Steven L. Allen –   Steve, his wife and three children answered God’s call to church planting in 1995, when they moved to Buffalo, NY and planted the first of 2 churches. Steve became a church planting catalytic missionary for Western New York in 2000 and moved to the NYC Metro in late 2003.  Steve now serves as the Lead Church Planter Catalyst with the North American Mission Board’s Send NYC team, assigned to the Tri-State Metropolitan New York City area.
