This week on Tandem Radio, Pastor Walt Healy of The Church of Grace and Peace and Barry Moll, Jersey Shore United’s Administrator,  provide insight on the vision of Jersey Shore United and how it positively impacts the community.  They also talk about the $500K grant that the JSU received from the Robinhood Foundation.

Pastor Walt Healy and Barry Moll-Pastor Walt and Barry Moll teamed up to bring awareness to Jersey Shore United’s supportive impact on the community at large who were directly affected by Superstorm Sandy. They discussed the ongoing efforts to help, some obstacles that have been encountered and how it’s important to take action long term. This show proves to be inspiring and identifies the fact that Jersey Shore United is in it for the long haul.

“What is Jersey Shore United?”

Jersey Shore United is a coalition of churches and faith-based organizations coming together to bring relief, hope and support to the people devastated by Hurricane Sandy and other Natural Disasters. Currently our reach includes Ocean, Atlantic, and Monmouth Counties. Jersey Shore United is here to coordinate needs and resources out to the region to get and give support both physically and spiritually. Our “Chaplain Corp” offer’s spiritual support for folks that need prayer and counseling.
