Christine Esposito –  Christine is the VP of Agency Growth and Development for International Planning  Alliance,
LLC.  She uses her expertise as a corporate recruiter and trainer to help students with resume building, interview and networking skills and career placement.  Christine also offers her services voluntarily to the men and women of the Armed Forces.  She is a recognized unpaid employee of the Department of Denfense, representing the Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve from Fort Dix.

Colonel Alan R. Smith – Colonel Smith is a member of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. He enlisted in the Corps in July of 1967.  he has numerous decorations and medals including the Legion of Merit, Cobat Aircrew Wings, Navy Commendation Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award and many others. Colonel Smith also serves as the State Chairman of the New Jersey Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (NJESGR).  He presently teaches as an adjunct professor of history at Ocean County College (OCC).
