Working within international business, it always needs to encourage a constant change in the most positive way. Just the cultural differences and changes alone will effect how you interact in the work place.  Trying to separate your emotions to change and the fear that change is bad is something huge to overcome.

and closures in homes and buildings, operating in 60 countries around the
world. Mark has published a book, written countless magazine articles, and
often speaks on sales & management as well as conundrums faced in the
local church.
