Michael Laffey has a very long list of qualifications  with how we uses his Juris Doctor degree in many ways but he finds the time to most importantly helping business’s in need when he not prosecuting. He personally enjoys protecting the religious first amendment and liberty rights in business.

Michael P. Laffey serves as counsel to the Messina Law Firm located in Holmdel NJ. A life long resident of Monmouth, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, following which he served as law clerk to the Honorable William Wichman, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has extensive civil litigation experience in state and federal courts in the areas of business and commercial litigation. He has practiced before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an affiliate attorney with the Alliance Defense Fund and the Rutherford Institute and has handled litigation matters pertaining to the violation of religious freedom and free speech. Additionally he has experience dealing with a wide range of employment law issues that face businesses today. He is a former Municipal prosecutor and now represents individuals appearing in that Court. Mr. Laffey has also served as President and General Counsel to Hemo Concepts Inc.,  providing hospitals with web-based educational and data collection software, consulting and staffing .
