Michael Di Maio is the founder of the not for profit financial counseling company, New Focus – New Jersey.

“Mike” earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and his Masters degree in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

He is currently employed in his “second career” as a Mortgage Professional with Shore Lending Group, a company that Mike helped originate in 2005.  He is a mortgage professional since 2003.  He also assists with federal tax preparation during tax season.  He has his certificate in Financial Planning from Florida State University and is a member of Kingdom Advisors (formerly Christian Financial Professional Network) as a Mortgage Professional.  He is also an adjunct professor at Somerset Christian College teaching undergraduate courses in their Organizational Leadership curriculum.  Mike is Certified Biblical Stewardship Series Instructor and volunteers as a Crown Financial Ministries Money Map Coach, Trainer and Small Group Study Leader. Luke 16: 10-12 “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. ¹¹ So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? ¹² And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own?
